Log in to the 'My account' section on our website and click on Private lobby details

Find the correct tournament title for your game and monitor the PRIVATE ROOM ID and PASSWORD sections. This will be updated 20 minutes before the Game time.

On the Battle Royale main screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.

From the dropdown menu, select "Private" to enter the private match setup.

In the private match screen, select the Search Private Match button in the top right corner.

In the search field, enter the PRIVATE ROOM ID provided for the game, then press Search.

Enter the required password as displayed under PASSWORD: in your customer dashboard and then tap JOIN.

Now that you're in the private lobby, sit tight until the action begins. Get ready to give it your all – good luck out there soldier!
FAQs
How do I claim my prize if I win?
If you win, an encrypted form will be emailed to the email address you used at checkout, requesting your bank details. Once submitted, payment is typically processed the following day.
When will I receive the private lobby ID?
Money Gaming will post the private lobby information in your account dashboard 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. Be sure to join the lobby at least 15 minutes before the game starts! Remember, keep the link private, it’s for you only! Any sharing of private lobby information will result in a lifetime ban.
Can I enter multiple events at once?
Yes! You can purchase tickets for multiple events and participate in as many games as you like. However, you are limited to purchasing 1 ticket per game.
Can I stream Money Gaming events or games?
Only Money Gaming and its official partners may stream events. Unauthorised streaming is strictly prohibited to protect fair play and lobby security. Violations will result in disqualification or other penalties per our terms. Thanks for helping us maintain a secure and smooth gaming experience.
What time do events start?
Event start times are listed on the event page for each game. Make sure to join the private lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
What happens if I can’t join the gaming lobby?
Money Gaming isn’t responsible for any technical issues that prevent players from joining the gaming lobby. If your connection is slow or unstable, we won’t be able to offer a refund for your purchase.
Can I use streamer mode during games?
Streamer mode is not permitted. Players found using streamer mode will be removed from the lobby without a refund. Additionally, please use the IGN provided at checkout. Any unrecognised IGN’s (player names) in the pre-game lobby will be removed.
